Yes Pineapple-Curry will be my entry for the event!
It was not so easy to find bajra flour but in the end I bought pearl millets and asked the shop to grind it for me into flour.
I only used two chilies - I think with 7 kashmiri chilies I would not be able to eat it because it would be too hot for me. You make a paste of the chilies and the coriandre and cumin seeds.
Here you see the dumplings. In the centre there is a cashew nut. You cook the dumplings in the curry.
Short time after giving the pineapple cubes into the curry.
You can see the cashewsnut in the dumpling. A very fruity and delicious curry!
